During the 5-day intermittent fasting cure, you’ll have one healthy smoothie, two vegetable juices, and one vegetable soup each day, spread across 4 different eating moments. Here’s how it works: You break your fasting period each day at 12 PM with a healthy smoothie and a salad. You will receive a number of salad recipes from us. At your second eating moment around 3 PM, you’ll have an organic vegetable juice, and for dinner around 6 PM, you’ll have a vegetable soup. Then, you’ll end the day at 7 PM with another vegetable juice and at 7:45 PM with a cup of relaxation tea.

You can supplement the four eating moments with other products or meals depending on your needs and preferences.
